Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days after purchase.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items may require additional production time depending on the design, materials, and order volume.

Processing times do not include shipping or delivery transit times.

Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers, including United Parcel Service, United States Postal Service, and other available shipping providers.

Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected)

Order Tracking

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery for customers within select service areas.

Local delivery availability will be determined at checkout based on your delivery address.

Local Delivery Timeframe

Local delivery orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after your order has been completed.

Custom and personalized orders may require additional production time before delivery.

Local Delivery Fees

Delivery fees, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery Process

Once your order is ready for delivery, we will notify you with an estimated delivery timeframe.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package may be left in a safe location at the driver’s discretion unless otherwise requested.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select orders at no additional charge.

Customers selecting local pickup will be notified when their order is ready.

Pickup instructions and location details will be provided after order completion.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Due to the nature of custom and personalized items, additional processing time may be required. We will communicate any extended timelines when necessary.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control once an order has been shipped or dispatched for delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping or delivery charges.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped or delivered, SM Creative Studio LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist with a carrier claim if applicable.
